Ordering Information

If you are happy with your samples and any modifications that have been made you can place an order using the order form included in your sample package.

Orders are subject to a minimum order of 20 invitations.

On the day items can be placed at a later date but we recommend that they are placed at the same time as your invitation order to ensure a place in the diary.

Please return the completed form along with a cheque for 50% of the total order made payable to 'Lovat Press'. This deposit is required to secure the order and your place in the diary. You will receive written confirmation of the order once we have received your deposit and it has cleared. You can also pay by online bank transfer – please email us for details.

We will then send out proofs to you via first class Royal Mail within a week. Please make sure that you check all information, details, spelling, times names etc. and inform us of any changes via post or email. Please make sure that all information is correct and once you are happy send us written confirmation of sign off. Please note Lovat Press does not accept responsibility for mistakes once proofs have been approved.

We require written sign off either by post or email to allow work to start on your final order. The outstanding 50% is payable when the order is complete and cleared prior to sending the order out.

We would recommend that you order enough of each item as we may not be able to provide extra copies at short notice if we are busy working on other orders.

Delivery
You will be notified by phone or email when your order is due to be dispatched. We aim to deliver within 4 weeks from final sign off, so please factor in this time when ordering. If you require your order sooner please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

We package all orders suitably and take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely. Orders will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature so please provide a suitable address.

Delivery costs will be charged on an individual basis or you can collect your order from our studio at an agreed time.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled following the confirmation of the order and the 50% deposit being cleared, will not have the deposit refunded but will not be charged for the outstanding 50%.

Orders cancelled following the approval of the final proof will be charged at the total price. This is due to the bespoke nature of orders and materials purchased.

All designs are handcrafted and will have slight variations, we will do our best to keep this to a minimum.

In the event of materials not being available, Lovat Press have the right to replace with a material of equal or higher quality, which is to be approved by the client prior to order completion.

Designs that have small embellishments or decorations are not suitable for children or babies

Lovat Press will not be held responsible for any damage occurred when posting to your guests.
